FUZZY

Fuzzy and Wuzzy are originally from Mexico and the previous owners could not afford to care for the dogs. The previous owners brought them to their veterinarian to find homes for them. He contacted a friend of Furry Friends Rescue and she brought the dogs into the U.S.A. Due to the large number of pets in this rescue center, the dogs were given to Reyna Cruz of Miracle Dog Rescue. Reyna took very good care of Fuzzy and Wuzzy and had them for 2 weeks before we adopted them. I had called her to ask about the dogs and I wanted a bonded pair, which these precious little ones were. We had plans to pick them up the next day, but my husband was concerned that they weren't potty trained and we delayed. During those few days, other people were interested in the dogs, but not as a pair and they were going to separate homes. We were able to get the dogs before that happened. We drove almost two hours to pick up the dogs and fell in love immediately. They are sweet, lovable dogs and are each others shadow. When I walk them their ears touch and they are inseparable. The previous owners tought them to be polite and not beg and to wait until asked to sit with you where ever you go. We are so grateful to all those who cared for these wonderful dogs and allowed us to share our home with them.

Jassy

Hi, This is Karina Stapleton. I adopted Jassy (now known as Jazzy Stapleton) last year with my mom. I wanted to send you some pics so you could see how he is. My family and I love him so so much. He's my dog so I get the privilege to have him follow me around everywhere and sleep with me at night. He loves to play at the park and at home. His favorite games are chase the ball and jump over the jumps. My sister and I make jumps from logs that we have, and he loves to jump over them. Jazzy is a very silly dog who has brought a lot of happiness into my life and my family's. He can put a smile on anyone's face. I have many more pictures of him and pictures if you want more. LILY

Hi Reyna - Sorry it's taken me so long to get you photos of Lily. (We realized yesterday though, that she's afraid of big cameras...guess she won't make it to Hollywood!) Anyhow, she's doing great. She gets lots of exercise, uses the cat door, and after one verbal warning, doesn't even bother my 2 pet rabbits that have free range of the backyard. (They're both pretty big, though). Lily's not a picky eater anymore. In fact, she even brings carrots inside to munch on. She's put on a little bit of weight and sleeps like a rock at night in my son's room on a doggie bed. I started training her last week, and she's got "sit" and "stay". We're working on "down". Anyhow - thanks again. She's the perfect compliment to our family. Rosie

Just wanted to update you all on Rosie. She is doing great!!! So happy, and such a love. Very special doggie,. We hike twice a week and walk twice a day, and everyone adores her!

BENJI

I've had Benji for over a year now, and I'm really lucky to have found her at Reyna's Miracle Dog Rescue. Thank you Reyna. Benji & Daisymae get along great now, they are always by each other's side... where one goes the other one goes... She has come out of her shell, but still a little afraid of strangers. She barks at them (A good watch dog). Daisymae still cry's when I take Benji to the vet and Benji cry's when I take Daisymae also. They don't want to be alone. Last year I took them up to Santa Cruz, CA and they really like playing on the beach. She was learned some tricks (Sit up, down, stay, spin, treat balance on the nose, speak by hand sign).
