Albie is a year and a half old neutered male who desperately needs a good, loving home. He weighs about 12 pounds and is a good announcer. He was rescued in Santa Fe, near Tijuana, and has been transferred to another foster that is making sure he is healthy and gets enough sunlight to ensure good health. He has the typical Chihuahua attitude that only chi lovers can truly appreciate. He will bark at you if he thinks you don't belong there, but at the same time he is telling you to "come and pet me and play with me". He loves to dance and prance. He would love to be your constant companion, and be held or on your lap all the time. Won't you adopt me? He's hoping you will!
